Each piece of jewellery we sell is brand new and only for you.

We do not re-use or re-sell jewellery in any way.

As jewellery is worn inside the body, it's considered contaminated the second it's been worn, therefor we cannot refund or exchange any piece of jewellery unless it falls under a manufacturer defect, in which case we will offer a free replacement of the exact same piece of jewellery purchased.

 

Unfortunately as stated above we cannot replace any piece of jewellery purchased unless it's faulty. So make sure you're certain about what size you need before buying!

If you're unsure what size you need to buy, it's always best to see a piercer in store and get sized for a piece of jewellery.

 

We cannot refund or exchange a custom piece of jewellery if you change your mind or have accidentally ordered the wrong size. If we help you custom order a piece of jewellery, we will confirm all the details with you prior to placing the order, at that point you are committing to purchasing that piece of jewellery. Since this piece is made custom for you, it's not suitable for resale.
